We are looking for a back-end developer to work on the business applications that we develop. We realise projects for ambitious customers with challenges surrounding planning, substantive reporting and complex calculations.
Medior back-end developer
Ballistix.digital (part of the Vandelanotte group) was founded by three West Flemish people, all of whom somehow washed up in Ghent.
We are a team of 6, at present only men. A feminine touch is certainly welcome too. We will gladly give up our nickname with clients, "The Boys", for that. We have recently also become part of the Vandelanotte group. We chart our own course, but with the backwind of a large group that offers us stability and growth opportunities.
We are a healthy mix of characters, each with our own interests such as gaming, D&D and crypto. Lunch can also be about good food, traveling, cycling or renovation. Our geeky side is what connects us. The combination of people makes our company, and those people also represent a number of values:
- Customer service: uur customers are at the centre of attention, we always try to help them quickly and tailor-made, without jeopardizing agreements with other customers
- Pragmatic: we are open to changes and deal with them flexibly, the solution that works is the best solution
- Respect: there is an open culture where feedback and discussion lead to growth, in a professional safe haven, respect for each other is non-negotiable
We are looking for a back-end developer to work on the business applications that we develop. We do this for ambitious customers with challenges surrounding planning, substantive reporting and complex calculations.
