Every day, a rapidly growing team of therapists helps elderly patients rehabilitate at home, based on individual therapy plans. The current planning in Excel became too complex and was hindering the growth of the company. The automated planning, in collaboration with Solvice, is flexible, accurate and efficient, allowing therapists to spend more time with their patients.
Every day, 15 healthcare providers visit our customer's homes. All these patients all have a therapy plan tailored to their condition. This way they can recuperate at home instead of in the hospital. This requires very flexible planning, but the multitude of spreadsheets does not allow this and hinders the growth of the company. In addition, accurate reporting must also be done to insurance companies.
We embarked on a Build + Connect-project together, where we build a custom application and link it to its environment. In this project, a link was also made with the Solvice planning package, which automates the preparation of the planning.
The project was delivered full-service: from analysis to build and associated aftercare. The focus was on the actual development of the application, with a limited preliminary analysis and validation of the existing designs.
The new planning application takes the pressure off the organization and enables an increase in scale. Employees now have time for the work that really matters: organizing care for patients.
